Credibility · The Google Test

Before they reply, they Google you.

Your search results are your first meeting with a US client. Here’s what they look for, and how to be the result they trust.

THE SEARCH · TWO POSSIBLE RESULTS
RESULT A
A registered US company they can verify and pay
RESULT B
…or nothing at all

What they find decides the reply you never got.

Before a US client signs a contract, sends a wire, or even replies to your first email, they do one thing almost every time: they Google you. Not your product pitch, not your proposal. Your name, your company name, or both. What shows up in those first ten results quietly decides whether the conversation continues or goes cold.

For founders operating from outside the United States, this moment matters more than it does for a local competitor. A US client has an unspoken checklist: is this a real, accountable business, or a name on an invoice with no paper trail? What they find online either answers that question for you or leaves it hanging.

Your work convinces clients once they’re talking to you. Your search results decide whether they get there at all.

What US clients are actually scanning for

A registered US entity. An LLC registered in a US state signals that you operate inside the same legal and tax framework they do, not from an address they can’t verify. A state registry listing is checkable in minutes, and serious buyers check.

A real business address and contact. A registered agent address and a consistent contact route matter more than a polished tagline. It says someone is accountable somewhere.

Consistent details everywhere. Your website, LinkedIn, and any directory listings should tell the same story: same name, same location, same scope of work. Mismatches read as sloppiness or, worse, as a warning sign.

The ability to pay you easily. A checkout or invoice through a platform they already trust, in dollars, removes the last hesitation. Unfamiliar payment routes are where deals quietly die.

What incorporation changes in that search

A US company is not just a tax or legal formality. It is a visible, checkable signal that shows up in exactly the searches your future clients are running: a state filing, an entity number, a US mailing address, a Stripe checkout. Traces a client can verify in the same five minutes they were already spending looking you up.

It will not fix a weak portfolio or slow replies, and it does not create customers out of air. What it does is remove every reason to say no that has nothing to do with your work.

Run the test on yourself

Search your own company name the way a stranger would: logged out, no personalization. Check whether a real, registered entity appears anywhere a client might look. See if your website and LinkedIn agree on the basics. Then fix the biggest gap first. For most founders pitching US clients from India, that gap is the absence of a formal, US-registered business behind the name.

Our Process

What we actually handle for you

Incorp Genius does the formation work end to end. You share your details once; here’s what happens on our side:

01

We form your US entity

Your LLC is registered in the right state for your situation, owned 100% by you, on your Indian passport.

02

We get your EIN, your US tax ID

Filed directly with the IRS. No SSN needed. This is the number that unlocks everything else.

03

We set up your registered agent and US address

The legal requirement handled, official mail received and forwarded to you.

04

We guide your US bank account and Stripe setup

So you can invoice in dollars and accept card payments from day one.

05

We keep you compliant

Annual filings and the IRS forms that carry real penalties when missed. Tracked and filed on time.

You never fly anywhere. You never chase a government office. You build the business; we build the infrastructure under it.

Your job is the clients. Ours is everything underneath.

You focus on the work and the customers. We form the entity, secure the tax ID, set up the accounts, and keep the compliance clean.

Be the result that wins the reply

Every day, somewhere, a US buyer is searching a name like yours and deciding in seconds. The founders who win those searches didn’t get lucky. They made sure that what the search returned was a company that checks out.

That is a fixable problem, and fixing it is faster than most founders think.

Common doubts, answered straight

Do I need a visa or a US partner to own a US LLC?

No. Any Indian citizen can own 100% of a US LLC alone, on an Indian passport. No visa, no SSN, no US partner, no relative in America.

Is funding it from my Indian savings legal?

Yes, through the RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), which lets resident Indians invest abroad every year. The paperwork simply has to be done correctly.

Will I be taxed twice on the same income?

India and the US have a tax treaty (DTAA) designed so the same income isn’t taxed two times. What matters is disclosing correctly on both sides, which is part of what we handle.

What happens if I ignore the compliance?

The same form that costs nothing filed on time can trigger penalties starting at $25,000 when ignored. That is exactly why filings are tracked and done on schedule as part of the service.

Be the result they trust.

We form your LLC, get your EIN, and set up your banking, end to end, while you keep building the business.
