• EIN (Employer Identification Number) application filing with the IRS
• US business bank account setup facilitation
• Registered Agent service arrangement
• Bookkeeping, accounting, and tax filing support

Incorp Genius is a service facilitator and document preparation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all filings
• Notify us promptly of any changes to information previously provided
• Comply with all applicable US and Indian laws regarding business formation and foreign ownership
• Consult qualified tax and legal professionals for advice specific to your situation
• Fulfil all annual compliance requirements for your US LLC after formation

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted before commencement of work. State filing fees charged by US government agencies are separate from our service fees and are passed through at cost. Payment is required before we initiate filings. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, and international cards.

5. Timeline and Delivery

We provide estimated timelines based on typical government processing times. These are estimates only. Incorp Genius is not liable for delays caused by US state agencies, the IRS, banking partners, or any other government body. We will communicate delays promptly via WhatsApp.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incorp Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on incorpgenius.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of MYCG AI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

9. Modifications
